Q: BOC is a gas company - you don't sell balloons do you?
A: Yes we do! As well as being experts in helium balloon gas we have an extensive range of balloons, filling kits and accessories. Many people don't realise that BOC can be your single source supplier for all things balloon related! Simply follow this link for more details on our products.

Q: Where can I collect my gas from?
A: You can collect your gas through our extensive network of 60+ Tradequip stores and 300+ agents. Use our where to find us facility to find your nearest stockist.

Q: I'd rather have my gas delivered - is this possible?
A: Yes. BOC has a superb nationwide delivery network. And if you order your gas before 3pm we can usually deliver the next day, although restrictions may apply in certain areas. Please call our Customer Service Centre on 0800 111333 for further details.

Q: What types of balloon gas cylinders do you have in the range?

Q: How do I convert from m3 to ft3?
A: 1 cubic metre is approximately 35.31 cubic feet. Therefore to convert m3 to ft3 you multiply by 35.31. To convert from ft3 to m3, divide by the same number.

Q: When I buy balloon gas from BOC, does the cylinder become mine?
A: No. All cylinders remain the property of BOC and you will be charged rental rather than having to buy the cylinder.

Q: Where can I get the Balloon Occasions disposable cylinder from?
A: Most Tradeequip stores and some agents stock Balloon Occasions. Please use our Tradequip search to locate you nearest store, and call them to check availability. Otherwise call the Customer Service Centre who will be happy to help.

Q: What are these themed balloon packs I keep hearing about?
A: We have a range of themed balloon packs available that fit with a variety of events throughout the year. For full details go to our themed balloon packs page.

Q: I want balloons with my company logo / design on them, can you help?
A: Yes. We can offer a full custom print capability, please contact us for further details.

Q: How can I order from BOC?
A: In order to trade with BOC, you will need to open an account. Once open you can not only enjoy the benefits of BOC's outstanding customer service, but also access on-line help regarding your cylinder holdings, account balance and invoice history.
