BOC's Balloon Gas business has a dedicated team of account managers, marketers and sales support all of whom are striving to make the BOC Balloon Gas ‘experience’ the best in the industry.

Our team of account managers are on hand to deal with customers on a face to face basis, building relationships, and insight into the customer's business needs along the way. They have great knowledge of all types of industries dealing with large multiple retailers through to independent party shops and decorators.

In addition to the sales personnel, we have a group of marketing experts whose sole focus is to listen to our customers, provide product enhancements and communicate effectively on the latest initiatives.

But the ‘team’ doesn’t end there.

Within the Customer Service Centre (CSC) we have a number of balloon gas ‘champions’ who have specific training to enable us to deal with balloon gas enquiries and process orders in the most efficient way possible.

In addition, behind all of these dedicated personnel is the support network that is BOC. We have world class experts working for us in all areas, from research and development, health and safety and marketing through to logistics and distribution.
