How to open an account

In order to trade with BOC you must first open an account. This is a very straightforward process whether you wish to do it via phone and post, through the CSC, or in person at one of our Tradequip stores.

Opening an account in person at a Tradequip store

• Locate your nearest Tradequip store using our Where are we? facility
• Take one proof of your bank details, such as a cheque book or bank card AND one proof of address, such as a utility bill
• The Tradequip store will take your details and, providing you have sufficient proof of address and bank details, you can open the account and start trading the same day

Opening an account via phone and post

• Phone the CSC Directline on 0800 111 333 and ask for an account pack
• Once you receive the pack simply fill in the application form and the direct debit form
• Return the completed documents to the CSC address provided
• Once we have received your application form we process it immediately.
• Your account should be set up within 3 working days and you will be able to place orders at that point
