Consolidated Monthly Invoices
A Consolidated Monthly Invoice is a simple, convenient consolidation of a
month's invoices into a single invoice.
NOTE: Although this form of invoicing offers significant cost
and administration benefits to customers, it may not suit all customers' accounting
systems. See Important Note below.
Designed to Suit You
- The invoice can show product and rental, or product only.
- For customers with multiple location accounts, there can be a separate invoice for each location, or
a totally combined one, showing all locations on one invoice. (In this case the invoice is grouped by locations).
- A summary of the charges can be included if required.
Benefits to the customer
The most obvious benefit is that there is only one invoice each month, reducing data input, and account reconciliation time.
IMPORTANT NOTE
- Consolidated Monthly Invoices must be paid in their entirety. Credits or Debits arising from queries are included in the following months invoice.
- If there was a significant query that substantially effects the invoice, the entire invoice would be
suspended pending resolution.
