Based in Worsley, Manchester, the BOC Customer Service Centre (CSC) is your first point of contact for any queries or questions.

Our CSC is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and has many benefits that include:

• Taking your order over the phone
• Arranging delivery of you gas cylinders the following day if you call before 5pm*
• Providing you with information about our products and services
• Aiming to resolve any query you may have quickly
• And of course, we will help you if you have a balloon gas specific query
