Delivered customers

Once you have an account with BOC, it couldn’t be simpler to order your gas. Just call the CSC Directline on 0800 111 333, and if you place your order before 5pm we will deliver your gas the following day.* Please ensure that the advisor taking your order is aware of any restrictions (such as pedestrian zones, no waiting zones, or limited access) that may cause difficulties in delivering your gas.

Our aim for delivered customers is simple: To deliver your gas on time. Every time.

Collect customers

BOC has an extensive network of over 300 agents and 60 Tradequip* stores, which means wherever you are in the country, there’s likely to be a BOC balloon gas collection point within reach. All Tradequip stores stock balloon gas. It is worth checking if your local agent has balloon gas in stock before you set out (for a list of BOC agents supplying balloon gas click here).

If you already have a BOC account then you simply walk in and collect your gas – it couldn’t be easier. If you do not have an account with BOC and you wish to open one in person the same day, just find your nearest Tradequip (click Where to find us) and take in one proof of address, such as a utility bill, and one proof of bank account, such as a cheque book or bank card – and you can open an account there and then, and take the gas the same day. All Tradequip staff have extensive knowledge of all BOC products and will be more than happy to offer advice and suggestions.
